Firehouse Subs is a smaller sandwich shop with over 730 stores. I ate there last week and I was impressed. The cost of the subs runs around $5-6. The good news is they have a Military Discount! They offer 15% off everything!
I contacted their support team yesterday and asked if this was a national discount. They said no. They said it is up to the individual owner of the store. Hopefully, your local owner is pro-military discounts 🙂
I got the hook & latter. I should have taken a photo but here’s one from their webpage. The sandwich was fantastic! And because they offer a military discount, I’ll be coming back with the whole family next time.
As you can see below they offered a 15% discount for military members. If you are looking for an additional discount, you can sign up for their newsletter and they will send you an email within seconds for a free drink with the purchase of any sub and they will also send you a coupon for a free sub on your birthday!
Firehouse Subs does have a national discount for firefighters, however. They offer a free medium drink.

I’ve been told other sandwich shops such as Subway, Quiznos, Blimpie also have military discounts of around 10%. This of course varies by store.

I went to a firehouse sub in town center in Jacksonville once. They did not have a military discount. The clerk kindly told me the discount was for firefighters and police only.

I am about to boycott mine in savannah for no military discount.

The firehouse subs at15525 W Roosevelt St #110, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Doesn't offer a military discount unless you're in uniform. I'm retired so my service isn't honored. The staff was terrible as well they acted as if I were more of a bother since I came in. I asked for au jus and they gave me a cup of cold juice. Seriously? Who does that? This place has horrible service and the kids have no clue what service is. When I presented my card they acted like the card was some sort of discount card that was expired and didn't respect what it actually means.
